This scorecard measures where leads escape the business. Score each stage from 0 to 5 based on the last thirty days of real data.

Capture — Do all legitimate inquiries create a record with source and timestamp.

Answer — Are phone leads answered or recovered quickly.

Digital response — Do forms, texts, and emails receive timely first action.

After hours — Do nights and weekends have a defined response path.

Follow up — Do uncontacted leads remain active through a complete cadence.

Customer replies — Do replies immediately return the lead to visible work.

Qualification — Are fit decisions consistent and documented.

Scheduling — Do qualified leads receive a clear appointment path.

Cancellation recovery — Are canceled appointments actively rescheduled or placed into future follow up.

Disposition — Do lost leads have specific reasons that distinguish internal failure from market or fit issues.

Any category scoring 0 or 1 deserves immediate review. A high total does not excuse one severe leak. If the phone answer category is 1 while everything else is 5, that single gap may still carry substantial financial exposure.
