Audit entry Did the lead create a record. Was the source correct. Was the timestamp preserved. Did the right person receive an alert.
Audit first response How long did it take. Which channel was used. Did the message reflect what the customer asked for.
Audit follow up If no contact occurred, was the written cadence followed. Were attempts spread across useful times. Did customer replies interrupt the cadence and create a new action.
Audit qualification Were required questions asked. Were unnecessary questions avoided. Was the qualification result documented.
Audit scheduling Was the correct appointment type used. Did the calendar rules work. Was confirmation sent. Were attendance requirements clear.
Audit disposition Does the final status explain what happened. If lost, is the reason specific enough to learn from.
Audit ownership At every stage, could a manager identify who was responsible for the next action.
Repeat this on at least twenty leads and count patterns. The audit is complete when you can name the recurring failure points and assign a process change to each one.
